Police Academy Requirements - Qualifications Needed to Enroll

If you want to become a police officer there are some things that you'll be required to go through regardless if you like it or not. One of those things that's not particularly fun is the police officer training academy. You see the police academy is a lot of stress put on you. Not only are you spoon fed alot of information at lighting speed, but you have to retain all of it for the POST Training Exams. I've seen some recruits totally sail through the academy with no problems and I've seen some fail miserably, and sent home.

When I went through the police academy years ago, I felt like I was going through a year worth of college course material crammed into just 3 months. I'm not kidding when I say you'll be fed alot of information fast. You got to realize that you'll not only have to learn state laws, but you'll also need to learn general laws as well like the fourth amendment search and seizure rule, plain view doctrine, and much more.

Academy

I haven't even mentioned case laws that you'll need to know like the Mapp rulings, criminal law procedures, traffic stop enforcement protocols, evasive driving techniques, and more. As I mentioned above it is alot of information coming at you at hyper speed, but if you get a good law enforcement review guide you'll cut your study time in half. If I was smart I would have gotten a police academy study guide to help me retain some of the information that was coming towards me at warp speed.

Police Academy Requirements - Qualifications Needed to Enroll

Here's some of the requirements that's needed to get into the police training academy:

No felony convictions Must be at least 21 years old (some states like FL allow 18 year olds) No domestic violence charges you must not have any cases pending when enrolling in the academy Good driving record United states citizen Good credit history

All-on-4 Dental Implants - Fixed Dentures in One Day

What if you could have a full set of teeth replaced in only one day? So many dental implant patients have to travel from office to office for various appointments, turning what could be a simple process into a long ordeal. For those who are from remote locations and look to metropolitan cities for their dental implant needs, this can be especially inconvenient. All-on-4 dental implants offer a one-day surgery solution for dental implant patients who are in need of a fixed denture.

All-on-4 is a dental implant solution that allows a fixed denture to be placed using only four dental implants. The way that the implants are placed eliminates the standard healing time that applies to other types of dental implants. Thus, the All-on-4 surgery procedure, when performed in an office with substantial staffing and resources, can be conducted in one day, making the drive for out-of-town patients a more reasonable option.

Academy

There are several parts of the All-on-4 process. For eligible candidates the surgery can be conducted in one day, but the procedure can be done in as few as two appointments.

All-on-4 Dental Implants - Fixed Dentures in One Day

A properly staffed facility will be able to conduct each of these parts of the process on-site, thus minimizing the number of trips the out-of-town patient must take. With on-site education consultants, a dental surgeon, and an implant dentist, the dental implant center that is properly staffed will be able to take a patient from the start to the finish of the surgery in one day.

The All-on-4 is available to clients that after the initial consultation have shown to be eligible candidates. The procedure will not be available for those patients that will require bone grafting or another surgical procedure before implants can be placed.

The initial consultation with the dental implant office will determine whether or not the patient is a candidate for the All-on-4 dental implant procedure.

Leadership and Influence Processes

How do executives affect their respective organizations? This question has been asked by many top researchers in the field of leadership. Hambrick (2007) believes those leaders within the upper echelons behave on the foundation of their personal views and understanding of "strategic situations", as well as their cultural values, personal experiences and individual personalities. This has been the basis of the upper echelon theory for many years, which was developed on the principle of bounded rationality (Cyert & March, 1963; March & Simon, 1958). However, regardless of these types of utterly complex situations and "uncertain situations" (Mischel, 1977), leaders within the upper echelon of an organization have specific processes through which they can influence and change an institution.

Specifically, six influence processes allow leaders to shape the strategic direction and performance of the organization. Beginning with direct decisions, leaders have the ability to shape the choices their followers have based solely on the control they have of the vision and mission of the organization (Nahavandi, 2006). These two variables (i.e., vision and mission) thus affect the culture of the institution by clearly focusing on what the organization deems important and valuable (Nahavandi, 2006). In addition to the ability for leaders to affect the vision, mission and strategy of an institution - upper echelon leaders have a direct relationship with management, which plays a vital role in shaping (or re-shaping) strategy, dictating decision making and setting the climate or structure of the organization (Miller and Droge, 1993; Nahavandi, 2006). Leaders determine the organizational structure through the "direct decisions" of variables that affect the structure or indirectly through the people they influence (Nahavandi, 2006). As a fictitious example, Stanley Wang of Acme Toys joined the company just prior to the founder's retirement. The founder, James Green, was forced to make a direct decision as to whether or not to make Stanley the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. This decision would directly impact the organizational structure and influence the culture of the organization based on Stanley's personal values and experience.

Academy

The allocation of resources is also another way upper echelon leaders have significant impact to an organization (Schein, 2004). These leaders are the top decision makers on the allocation of resources (i.e., human, technology, money, etc.) to both individuals and organizational units (Nahavandi, 2006). For example, a CEO may want to push the sale of a series of new products, so the CEO may dedicate a large portion of the overall budget to the sales and marketing business units and pull funding from other business units which are of lesser concern. In this example, the allocation of resources supports specific objectives (i.e., mission) in support of corporate strategy and creates a structure that enables the aspired outcomes (Nahavandi, 2006; Miller, 1987).

Leadership and Influence Processes

In addition to direct decisions and the allocation of resources, reward systems (formal and informal) also have a significant impact on the culture of an institution or its employees (Schein, 2004; Nahavandi, 2006). Most of us are familiar with this type of behavior in the form of monetary incentives when we adhere or conform to specific behavioral standards and/or achieve goals that reflect the mission of the organization. For example, an employee may receive a 10% bonus if he/she obtains a specific sales revenue or gross margin target of a product or service.

However, reward systems are not only limited to monetary gain, but also through the selection and promotion of other leaders (Nahavandi, 2006). Those who adhere and fit the organizational culture and structure, as well as meet individual goals and objectives are much more likely to be promoted to top leadership positions - as opposed to those who do not (Nahavandi, 2006). This process can be true for almost any situation; those who naturally fit well into an organization's mission and culture are more apt to be selected and rewarded in some fashion.

Both of these influence processes can be seen across the board in our example scenarios. Again using Acme Toys as an example, Stanley Wang was rewarded significantly by his boss, James Green, by giving him all the company's high profile projects. He was then given every possible award the company had to offer; thus justifying his future selection for CEO.

According to Nahavandi (2006) while rewarding employees encourages specific "behaviors and decisions" that fall in line with the culture of the organization, leaders who act as role models and enact standards for decision making have a greater impact to the organization. For example, an upper echelon leader may ask their top sales managers to develop a strategic sales plan that will accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization. Although, he does not dictate how they accomplish those objectives, he can be assured they will accomplish the desired outcome by setting decision making standards and clear guidelines.

An additional way leaders affect organizations is through their own behavior or role modeling (Nahavandi, 2006; Schein, 2004). A leader who is passionate about customer service will focus on this passion in information that is transferred to his or her employees. This can also be shown in terms of ethics, and how a leader communicates and expects employees to behave. This might be communicated through the vision and/or mission or through regular communication to employees. For example, as President of Uniform Data Link, Leslie Marks made it a point to become a role model for her employees. She moved her office from the third floor to the first floor to show that everyone was equal and your title within the company does not dictate the level of importance you have. She regularly encouraged everyone to share ideas and worked directly with engineers instead of working through layers of management. Leslie also reinforced her values of comfort in the workplace by coming to work in jeans almost every day.

Whether it's direct decisions, rewards, role modeling or the allocation of resources - leaders have many influence processes that impact their organizations (Nahavandi, 2006). By utilizing these processes, upper echelon leaders essentially create a mirror image of their own personal style, values, preferences and experience.

How to Get into The Air Force Academy

Getting into the Air Force Academy requires a commitment, and a difficult admission process. Your chances of getting into the Academy aren't good - fewer than one candidate in 50 gets admitted. What follows are the stumbling blocks that stop most candidate applications from succeeding, and how to address them.

We are assuming that you're reading this as a high school junior. If you're starting this process in your senior year, you're starting late, and may have to transfer into the Academy from another four year college.

Academy

The first stumbling block is fitness. Each year, the Air Force Academy requires all cadets to do a times 1.5 mile run, and the generalized physical fitness test of pull ups, standing long jumps, sit ups and pushups, with a 600 meter run all in 15 minutes. In particular, this test has to be done in Colorado Springs, Colorado, which is at high altitude. Unless you're doing athletics in high school, the odds that you'll pass this test the first time are pretty slim.

How to Get into The Air Force Academy

Related to this, the Academy looks for candidates who participate in team sports, and in athletics in general. This shows that a student is willing to work, work hard, and work within a team to achieve group goals, and to use controlled aggression to their own aims. Basketball, football, track, trap shooting and fencing are sports the Air Force grades high in candidate application processes.

Like any college admission program, academic performance is important. It's more than just having a straight A average. The difficulty of the classes you take matters as well. The Air Force puts more weight on the difficulty of the course load (taking calculus rather than refresher math, for instance) than it does on perfect GPA requirements. If you're weak academically, the time to find out about it is at the beginning of your junior year in high school, where you should focus on study habit improvement and boosting your GPA. GPA in the last two years of high school will count for more than your early GPA.

The Air Force puts lower weighting on standardized test scores. While most four-year colleges use standardized test scores to differentiate between students with near identical academic records, the Air Force treats them somewhat as a pass-fail test. The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, while not a substitute for the SAT or ACT, is a good adjunct. Be sure to take it as well as the other tests.

The biggest filter for candidates trying to get into the Air Force Academy is character. Character can be difficult to determine objectively, so the Academy requires candidates to get letters of recommendation from their community leaders, and teachers, and employers, and the coordinators of any volunteer organizations they belong to. Focus on getting the best positive letters of recommendation you can get. When you write your admission essay, focus on events that showcase places where you exerted leadership, or showed strength of character. This is the place to shine if you're worried about your academic performance.

Vitamin B12 Side Effects

Vitamin B12 is considered safe and non-toxic vitamin. There are no perceived side effects of this vitamin and for this reason, no Tolerable Upper Intake Level for Vitamin B12 has been prescribed by The Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences.

An intake any one of the B-complex vitamins by itself for a sustained period of time can result in an imbalance of other important B vitamins in the human body. Because of drug interactions with other medicines, the potential for side effects although seemingly nonexistent cannot be ruled out.

Academy

Antibiotics taken over a long period of time have an adverse effect on body stores of vitamin B12. A simultaneous intake of vitamin B12 with antibiotic tetracycline interferes with the absorption and effectiveness of this medicine. Therefore, it is recommended that both should be taken at different times of the day.

Vitamin B12 Side Effects

Anti-ulcer medications like Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) and H2 receptor antagonists that are used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcer disease slow down the release of gastric acid into the stomach. There might be some interference of this with vitamin B12, since gastric acid is required to release vitamin B12 from food prior to absorption.

While taking in Metformin for diabetes, vitamin B12 levels maybe reduced. Medication for Chemotherapy also has the same effect. Phenobarbital and phenytoin seizure disorders may also interfere with the body's ability to use vitamin B12.

During such situations, the ideal remedy would be to consult a physician and registered dietitian to discuss the best way to maintain vitamin B12 status when taking these medications. Therefore, it is pertinent to say that although there are no revealed side effects, it is necessary to maintain caution particularly vis-à-vis vitamin B12's interaction with other medicines.

Chiropractic Marketing 101

What you most likely didn't learn about chiropractic marketing in chiropractic school: No matter the location or size of your clinic, or the relative success you've experienced to this point in your career, I would be willing to bet a pretty penny that you probably have at least some attention on the number of new patients in your practice. In my years of putting 100% of my attention into the area of chiropractic marketing and new patient acquisition, I have some gems to help you fast forward to a new level of patients that you serve in your practice.

Before I go too deep into the technology of chiropractic marketing, I want to first let you know why I have a fascination with chiropractic new patients procedures. In my practice, I have spent the last 6-7 years solely working 'on' my practice, rather than 'in' my practice. What I mean by that is that I have put in place specific executive tools that have enabled me to be anywhere I want, whether it be at home, on a vacation or in a coffee shop masterminding, and my practice will actually grow in my absence (currently statistics: averages 22 new patients per week and serves over 500 patients per week). This is certainly not to boast, but simply to show you what is possible in the owning and operating a chiropractic 'business' rather than just a 'clinic'. It is not magic, just simply application of some solid, proven business systems.

Academy

Anyway, my point being, I have had endless amount of time over the past 7 years fully committed to piloting and testing new chiropractic marketing methods, techniques and programs. In my journey and experimentation I came across some very specific points that I feel are extremely important and must be understood for a chiropractic marketing program to succeed for long-term growth of the office.

Chiropractic Marketing 101

Here are some things you should know about chiropractic marketing and attracting new patients into your office:

There is an exact technology on how to attract new patients into a chiropractic office.
You just need to learn it and apply it. The better that you and your staff are trained on chiropractic marketing and new patient acquisition, the more control you will have over the number of new patients your practice gets.
Every factor limiting the number of new patients you currently get is an internal factor-meaning it's not because of the economy, or your town, or anything else outside of your practice. This is good because it means you have control and can be 'at cause' over the expansion.
Any chiropractor can learn how to get high numbers of new patients on a consistent basis. We have proven this at the Chiropractic Business Academy...even if you 'hate' doing the chiropractic marketing!
If you feel your service is valuable, you should share it with more people! We need more chiropractors serving more people to help them heal and grow naturally with the chiropractic wellness lifestyle. I am sure you agree that our current national healthcare system is not healthcare at all.

Chiropractic Marketing Has a Recipe

Some doctors are surprised to learn that there are exact formulas and strategies that will literally guarantee you see more new patients. I teach these exact chiropractic marketing strategies to my clients through the Chiropractic Business Academy Marketing Courses, through the Academy Workshops and One on One Consulting. Although the exact marketing strategies are reserved for our clients, I can share with you some basics.

Your marketing success starts with your viewpoint on chiropractic marketing. To find out what your current viewpoint on chiropractic marketing is at this moment, try this simple exercise:

Write down in single words or short phrases how you feel about 'marketing' your practice. Successful chiropractic marketing is going to require application. So, you can start now by doing this exercise. Please take a minute and write down your feelings about marketing, before reading on.

Take a look at what you wrote. Do your responses indicate that you are excited about introducing chiropractic to new people? Can you see evidence in your responses of back-off to creating a strong marketing effort? If so, you'd really benefit from handling those points.

One of the most effective ways to change your viewpoint is to acquire correct data in that area. The more you know about chiropractic marketing for instance, the more logical your conclusions will be when making marketing decisions. And let's face it, if you know how to be successful at something, don't you feel better about it?

A rock-solid chiropractic marketing program has multiple sources, or we refer to them as Legos, of new patients coming into your office. For example, our Signature marketing courses and webinars cover over 40 ways to market a practice. Knowing and understanding multiple techniques makes it easy to attract 60, 80 or 100 new patients per month, or more.

Chiropractic Marketing Foundations

Here are some examples of a couple foundational approaches our clients use:

A program or method to acquire as many names and phone numbers of local people as possible. To do this we teach our Public Gift Certificate program. This specific technique has 5 different approaches and gives our clients endless leads to contact for introductory services. What form of introductory service can you provide to the public? How can you make that introductory service known to the demographic that you want to attract to your office?
Multiple strong Business to Business, or corporate programs. This is an alliance with a local business or major corporation which allows you to farm leads from their clientele or employees. We teach numerous ways to do this including Lunch Lectures, Corporate Massage programs, Wellness Events and other introductory programs. The key is to offer a truly valuable introductory service as businesses will literally be calling you to come over!
An Internal Referral Program. This should be a truly engaging, active, strategic (and fun) activity. In communicating with each patient you must direct their attention in a very precise manner-for instance, using symptoms, conditions or circumstances. Each week or every other week providing a new viewpoint on a specific unwanted condition. Your goal is to get a name AND contact information of the referred person with that unwanted condition-so you can mail them more information about their symptom or condition, as well as invite the referral into your practice.

No matter the target audience or the strategy used, there are some key factors on which to build a consistent chiropractic marketing effort:

Structure each chiropractic marketing activity so that it can be done by a non-doctor. This will allow you to pass the activity to another staff member and you can further your progress of becoming the CEO or executive director of your 'business' rather than running every single activity in a one-man/woman-show 'clinic' (we have all been there before!).
The more you market, the more new patients you will have. There is actually a direct quantifiable relationship between the number of hours and attention allocated to chiropractic marketing and the number of new patients a practice sees.
Whatever chiropractic marketing you do must communicate a concept which the consumer will understand and be interested in.

This last point is one of the most important but least understood aspects of chiropractic marketing. Additionally, to separate your identity from the other handful, dozens or even hundreds of chiropractors in your city, town or valley, you must clearly establish your uniqueness alongside with this concept.

As you become more established with your 'Legos' of chiropractic marketing you see this pay off for the long-term. What makes you different from the other chiropractors in your area?

In summary, I am happy that you are a chiropractor and are here to help a lot of people in your community. We definitely need to be helping more of the people in our towns find the best natural and holistic way to enhance their health: chiropractic! As a chiropractic coach, my goal in the chiropractic management game is to get you to the finish line first. I truly hope this article stimulates and inspires some of you into action with your chiropractic marketing so that you can reach, teach and touch more of these people!

The German Romantic Landscape Painter - Caspar David Friedrich

Nineteenth century, German 'Romantic' landscape painter, Caspar David Friedrich was born on September 5, 1774, in Greifswald, to candle-maker, Adolf Gottlieb Friedrich and Sophie Dorothea Bechly. By the age of thirteen, Caspar had lost his mother, sister, and brother.

His artistic career began with his coaching under Johann Gottfried Quistrop, a friend of the 'Romantic' poet, Ludwig Theobul Kosegarten. Ludwig introduced Friedrich to 'Romanticism' and willed him to develop his own faculty of analyzing picturesque landscapes. Ludwig, himself fascinated by 'Megaliths' in architecture, encouraged Friedrich to give place to local 'Megaliths' as his artistic themes. From 1794 to 1798, the painter studied at the Academy of Copenhagan, concentrating solely on understanding the intricacies of 'landscape painting.'

Academy

In 1798, Friedrich migrated to the German center of the 'Romantic Movement' in Dresden. Here he met painter Philipp Otto Runge and poets, Novalis & Ludwig Tieck. In addition, here, Friedrich forayed into printmaking with etchings and woodcuts, which were exclusively designed for some very close friends of his. In 1805, the artist won a prize for two of his 'Sepia' drawings, "Procession at Dawn" and "Fisher-Folk by the Sea," at a Weimar Competition.

The German Romantic Landscape Painter - Caspar David Friedrich

Friedrich's first major painting, "The Cross in the Mountains (1807)," an altarpiece panel, depicted a crucified Christ in the midst of natural surroundings. This painting became trendsetter, as for the first time an altarpiece carried landscapes. Another work of his, "Abbey under Oak Trees (1809-10)," centered on a death scene, was donated to the Berlin Academy in 1810. During this period, 'Mysticism' encircled Caspar David's style of painting, with a smooth blending of 'Realism' and 'Romanticism'. In his 'allegorical' landscape paintings, inconsequential figures seem contemplative, enamored by the vastness of nature, and transfixed in its enigma. In his dramatic painting, "Monk by the Sea (1809)," a lonely figure is portrayed, exposed to the echoing sounds of the vast sea.

In 1816, Friedrich entered the Dresden Academy, and held the post of an Assistant Professor in 1824. On January 21, 1818, he married Caroline Bommer, after which his paintings began exhibiting a transition towards a more 'figurative' style. This change was a direct result of the change in Caspar's personal circumstances, where he started attaching greater importance to human life and relationships.

Friedrich's career as a painter flourished under the patronage of Grand Duke Nikolai Pavlovich and poet Vasily Zhukovsky. During his later years, his paintings came under criticism for being too bleak and devoid of emotions. Due to this, his popularity took a beating. His works during this period were representative of mainly, ship and harbor scenes, while some of them dealt with the human lifecycle. His melancholy mood, prevalent around this time, was symbolized in his paintings, where he often delved in the themes of the threshold between life and death.

In 1835, Caspar David suffered a stroke, which left him incapacitated to paint further. He died five years later on May 7, 1840. He was an exception of his times, his works touching the innate romantic strings in the heart of the onlooker. Throughout, he considered himself an interpreter of the nature's glory. Caspar David Friedrich's most magnificent works include "Old Heroes' Graves (1812)," "The Cross Beside The Baltic (1815)," "Moonrise Over The Sea (1822)," "Graveyard Under Snow (1826)," "The Oak Tree in the Snow (1829)," and "Seashore by Moonlight (1835-36)."

How To Effectively Use The Youth Academy In FIFA 12

A new feature added to this years FIFA 12 is the Youth Academy, where you can send out scouts all around the world and sign up young schoolboy talent to your clubs Youth Academy.

From there you can nurture young talent until they are 16 years old and either add them to your first team or send them out on loan to other clubs till they are ready to be added to your main team.

Academy

This feature is a great option for clubs in lower leagues due to the often extortionate amount of money that managers need to sign lucrative players to their team, where such clubs do not have the financial prowess to purchase such talent.

How To Effectively Use The Youth Academy In FIFA 12

The Best Potential From The Youth Academy

So how do you use the Youth Academy with great effect? Well the first thing you must do is hire a decent scout that will find the cream of the crop in youth talent, now this can be very expensive in the lower leagues due to budget limitations.

But hiring a scout of three star rating or more is highly beneficial to you finding suitable young talent for your team, choosing the cheaper one and two star scout options will not give you value for money in the long run.

The next two options you find in the scouting section, is the location in the world you want your scout to setup his scouting network and the sort of ideal attribute you want your player to possess.

These two options are entirely up to your own personal preference for the type of player that is suitable for your team, but you may want to setup your scouting network in South America, where all the most skillful players tend to come from.

Signing Youth Players With The Highest Potential

Now each week or so your scout will email you a report on the young talent he has found, and you can look at the young players and choose which ones you would like to sign into your Youth Academy.

If you truly want create great young players to play in your team or sell on for some much needed transfer funds, then looking at the players potential is vital to obtaining such players.

A player potential of between 88 and 95 is the best sort of youth player to sign into your Youth Academy, and signing these players quickly is essential to not letting these players sign for rival clubs.

Sending Youth Players On Season Long Loans

Once these players reach 16 years old inside the Youth Academy you can offer them a contract to sign for your club, when you have chosen a player and signed them into your team it is then beneficial to send your Youth Player on season long loans.

You can of course add them to your team and play them regularly so their skill rating rises, but if you are in a lower league you really want to loan them out to teams that are in the higher leagues and therefore your youth player will be playing better quality football and their skill rating will rise much quicker.

History Of Law Enforcement

Since the conception of society, law enforcement bodies have existed to protect citizens from criminals or to maintain the status quo and keep leaders in power. Dating back to Biblical times, there were military personnel tasked to maintain peace and order. In Egypt, for example, a pharaoh ruled the land and soldiers chased the Israelites across the Red Sea. There were other societies with military hierarchies as well, like the Babylonian, the Syrian, and the Palestinian societies, among others.

The most prominent of all military organizations was that of the Roman Empire. They had a very effective and brutal form of law enforcement that they utilized to maintain peace and order. It was the Romans who introduced the infamous symbol of the crucifix. The Romans never really had an actual police organization. It was only in the fifth century that clan chiefs and heads of state were tasked to police the people under their care.

Academy

London was the first to hire paid enforcers back in 1663. Afterwards, the trend spread across the United Kingdom. It was only in June of 1800, that the authorities of Glasgow, Scotland were able to establish the City of Glasgow Police. They were the first professional police enforcers that practiced preventive policing. In 1829, the Metropolitan Police Act was passed by Parliament. This established the first civil police force and the model used by many countries today, including the United States. Outside of the United Kingdom, the Gibraltar Police was the first police service in 1830. In 1721, Spain formed Mossos d'Esuadra in Catalonia. In 1834, the Toronto Police was founded in Canada. It was one of the first police departments in North America. The first full-time police force in United States was the Boston Police Department in 1839.

Ninja Training

In order to undergo Ninja training you need to cover three important areas:

1. Find a martial arts class geared towards ninja training. This may be difficult at first as many schools may not outright advertise "ninja training", rather look for key words like "Ninjutsu". Or inquire within any kung fu schools about studying a form of martial arts similar to that of ninja training. Some schools will have separate classes set aside specifically for ninja training, or offer similar arts where you can get your feet wet before getting further involved in finding a Ninjutsu school or academy.

Academy

2. Read the history of Ninja. Ninja training is also about learning the art and history of ninjas, so that you have a background and can better understand the art. This will directly effect your physical and mental training and will advance you further along towards your goals.

Ninja Training

3. Research modern day Ninja. Now days there are manuals available (some are e-books you can get off the internet, an excellent one is listed below) where you not only learn the history of ninjas, but also learn how to become a modern day ninja. The training, lifestyle, and the different ways to apply the ninja way of life to modern day. This is a huge and important step in Ninja training. Not only is it important on how you can learn to train like a ninja, but how you can apply that in the modern day way of life will be the true application of this art! A good manual will give practical applications that can greatly improve your life and your discipline in day to day realities.
